Cons
a lot of managers, support staff is fairly large. a lot of kicking the can around... if someone does low quality work they just pass it around. no complete ownership of the problem. which means they won't learn the quality way to solve problems. a lot of not my problem. no one wants to talk to customers, and they kick it around. it's a loud environment, it's impossible to hear or listen to customers, in fact the customers can hear a lot of background noise. it makes the company sound like a sweat shop. they say the company doesn't play politics, it does. when interviewing face to face the hiring person was talking in circles and looking out the window a lot. Redflag. the remote interview they where wearing hats and tee shirts. Redflag. should have listened to my gut and passed on the opportunity.
