Hectic, fun, growing - You have to love change - Business Development Vacasa Employee Review

If you are not comfortable in a place that can have a lot of change, this is not for you. This is a company that is growing quickly and when you double in size over a 3 or 4 years, procedures need tweaking, people around you change, policy is in flux. This can drive the faint of heart a little nuts, but without this ability to change and change quickly, it is impossible for a dynamic company to adjust with the growth. I have worked for a few start-ups and grown with them. This is normal and I personally thrive on it. However, if you are not built for what at times will feel like controlled chaos, this company would not be for you. I get bored spinning widgets day in and day out. I love being part of something that is "happening". The product is excellent and they deliver. So the customers get a solid product, even if internally you can get tossed around a bit in the process.
