Pros
Flexibility, autonomy, rewards commiserate with effort. Everyone who succeeds at Vaco is hard working, hard playing and focused on building relationships with co-workers and customers alike.
Cons
No 401k Match and growing pains. As with any corporation, it can be difficult to track down the correct resource for the job/issue at hand.
