Pros
Everyone was very friendly, and there for different reasons but all in all a wholesome team. I was happy to know my coworkers from other teams in thanks to the open office environment. I feel that there was also a kind of camaraderie knowing we were contract workers together at Google. It was nice to be able to access most of the perks that Google allowed too. It was my first job out of college so I was a bit worried but my team was very helpful, very patient, and understood where I was coming from. I couldn't have asked for a better team. I worked hard, and for my efforts I got a small raise before the end of one year!
Cons
Being a contract worker at a larger organization has an interesting nuance that I can't quite put my finger on. There's almost a sense of superiority for full-timers, though it is very subtle. However, this is not the case for full-timer employees I got to know!
