Pros
Corporate culture and tenets CEO is a charismatic front-man for the company Corporate makes great strides towards doing the right things: focusing on people- not production, diversity/inclusion, mental health (avoiding burnout), etc. It's the best culture I've seen in a staffing company. Sadly the Vaco Dallas office does not embody much of the corporate culture. My grades reflect my experience in Dallas.
Cons
Even for a staffing company, Vaco Dallas has extremely high turnover. While I could go into detail about the many reasons as to why that is,... the data should tell you everything you need to know: I was there for just over a year, and of the 25 employees that were in the office when I arrived, only 8 remain today. And many people came and went during that time as well. I've never seen anything like it.
