They do not value employees. They spend little time developing even entry level employees and when those employees don't meet expectations, you're immediately let go. Managing directors don't take time to develop you or even lay out what expectations are. In a business that is so fast paced, it really is sink or swim, and if you struggle in the slightest you are left for dead. In addition the base salaries are super low and the commission structure is a joke. 40k base and $300 per hire, good luck making a living.
