Pros

It's a remote work position but in some ways this job could be a lot more stressful.

Cons

The managers are super INCOMPETENT but they BLAME us for all their strategies that DON'T work! It's unbelievable how much pressure they put on us to get the results they wanted that are UNREASONABLE and IMPOSSIBLE! I don't know what happened to the brains of these people because they don't seem to be working!

Pros

Everyone here at ValGenesis is really supportive and encouraging. I’ve never been a part of a company that’s this supportive of the things you do and it’s a wonderful experience. I’ve learned a lot since I started working at ValGenesis and I continue to do so even years later. I’m happy with the work-life balance I have here. Overall, the company has great employees, good team leaders, an amazing management, and a competitive salary.

Cons

I haven’t had any major issues working here. Nothing to mention as a con.

Pros

I wish I had better news. But I would like to be honest. It is the worst ever workplace where you only learn stress management.

Cons

The inter-departmental communication and coordination was the worst. People were fake and lied blatantly. They also played blame games and ruined the work ambiance. Work stress was also on the higher side. It led to the need to put in brutally long hours often, compromising one's work-life balance. The leadership needs to fix these issues before they become uncontrollable!
