      Good salary, excellent benefits, and the office has easy access next to Union Station.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, constant changes and structure reviews that lead to endless layoffs. Bad communication between the different areas. Leadership is not accessible. Depending on the area, work-life balance does not exist.
