Despite all the hoopla, Vale does not have a development or succession plan for its employees. The company uses diversity & inclusion as a veil to promote people with specific genders and/or ethnicities. Your chances of progression are multiplied ten-fold if you belong to a specific gender and a specific ethnicity. The management team is incompetent
