Pros
Some genuinely good people work here, and the team members support each other as best they can. A few pockets of the company are run by thoughtful, empathetic individuals who try to make the environment better.
Cons
Unfortunately, the overall workplace culture is extremely unhealthy. The environment is high-pressure in a way that often feels unnecessary and poorly managed. During my time there, I frequently witnessed colleagues in visible distress and stepping out because they were overwhelmed.
Communication from leadership is inconsistent, reactive and completely dismissive of concerns. Feedback tends to be met with defensiveness rather than improvement, with a “not tough enough to work here” attitude which creates a culture of fear rather than trust. Decision-making feels opaque and impulsive, leaving staff feeling destabilised and anxious.
