Pros
This company has some good qualities and really listens to their people. I've been around a few years and this wasn't always the case, however with new management changes, structure changes, and technology changes this is a world class organization. Valets at night time get paid a very nice wage even though it is hard work. Managers are getting the tools they need to be successful including rumors of another level of management that would allow the Valets a step between their roles and DM which was always a large gap giving the Managers their work life balanace that has been missing. If ever there is a time to get in, I wouldn't pass it up.
Cons
If you can't truly manage, coach, teach, and train then this isn't the job for you. You must truly be a manager and actively managing in order to survive. If you are not a people person and understand the importance of the workers under you then this is not for you. A DM job is NOT managing to a P&L. It is manging to a small set of goals with a large emphasis on People Management.
