      Pros

      There is so much support from management and my fellow team members. We all work very well together to make sure we get the job done. I love working with this group of people. This is the first company I have worked for that even though we are not in the same city or state, we work very closely together.

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
