Thank you for providing a review. I'm happy to hear that you find the flexibility and growth potential to be positives. We are focused on doing everything possible to decrease our part time associate attrition. While our turnover in these roles is comparable to similar and all other industries that hire part time, we believe the additional work being done to increase pay, add benefits such as tuition reimbursement and our rewards and recognition program will help. Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

Pros

Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

Cons

No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
