Company Portrays Community Proponent Yet Doesn't Value It's Workers - Trash Valet Valet Living Employee Review

Pros

Formidable platform for contemplating exercise science studies (if like me you're a student of the art), substantial amounts of quality independent worktime (esp. for the more introspective like myself), and depending on the type of chemistry there is or isn't between the service valet and the community of the properties serviced there can be some serious potential for helping boost and enhance overall community moral.

Cons

The pay starts low for what becomes a seriously labor-intensive job. The raise incentives are far too far apart to be considered truly observant of a valet's work quality, and last I noted the maximum wage a service valet can make is $20 per hour (as of June 2024 here in Las Vegas, NV).

Pros

Flexible hours, good pay, minimal customer service needed

Cons

Unreasonable time budgets, will not cover broken equipment, constantly changing standards and pick up requirements, management is not clear with expectations until you've already failed them and performance reviews are inaccurate, some managers are great but most are not
