Pros

None worth mentioning given the overall experience.

Cons

During my time at Validata Group, I witnessed and personally experienced a pattern of behaviour that I consider deeply unprofessional and, at times, abusive. Regarding employees: Management regularly used threatening language and intimidation tactics to pressure staff into meeting targets. Employees were spoken to in a demeaning and disrespectful manner both privately and in front of colleagues. There was a culture of fear rather than motivation, with staff afraid to raise concerns or push back due to risk of retaliation. HR complaints were either ignored or handled in a way that protected leadership rather than the individuals raising issues. Regarding clients: I also observed clients being misled, pressured, and in some cases treated dismissively when they raised legitimate concerns. Promises made during the sales process were not honoured, and when clients escalated issues, the response was often defensive and dismissive rather than solution focused.

Pros

- Company is good. - Extreme talented people work there.

Cons

- The CEO creates an extremely hostile environment even though the company is good and people were good and friendly. - The CEO needs to learn how to manage people, and not treat them like machines, blaming failures on staff - The CEO has zero culture. - The CEO is extremely rude and lying about the salary. - The CEO shouting and threating all the time just for no reason. Is the worst company I've ever seen. - The CEO tries to find professionals but suggests a very low salary. - The CEO Vaios suggested working the initial time for free. - Validata Group was good however, the CEO was very unreliable. - The CEO asks to write fake reviews about the company.
