      I have been working for Validata for years now and I have been having an amazing experience. Leadership and management are very supportive and always caring about employees. Just Wonderful people simply is that. Amazing benefits, high salaries, opportunity to work remotely, very motivated and smart colleagues who always trying to help each other, opportunity to work with big projects and learn the latest technologies and advance your career as a software developer, and many other great pros.... Validata is truly a decent and leader company and if you are looking for a company where you can grow on your career then this is the right place for you. 💯

      - Company is good. - Extreme talented people work there.

      - The CEO creates an extremely hostile environment even though the company is good and people were good and friendly. - The CEO needs to learn how to manage people, and not treat them like machines, blaming failures on staff - The CEO has zero culture. - The CEO is extremely rude and lying about the salary. - The CEO shouting and threating all the time just for no reason. Is the worst company I've ever seen. - The CEO tries to find professionals but suggests a very low salary. - The CEO Vaios suggested working the initial time for free. - Validata Group was good however, the CEO was very unreliable. - The CEO asks to write fake reviews about the company.
