Pros
I started as Junior Developer two years ago and recently got promoted. I'm really thankful for my time with this team. Everyone has been supportive and understanding, which has helped me a lot. I've had plenty of chances to learn and improve here and I feel that I've grown a ton. The fast-paced environment has kept things interesting and helped me stay sharp. And it's reassuring to know that loyalty is valued here, making it feel like a safe place to work.
Cons
No major downsides, but managing time well is important as the workload can be complex and there are things running in parallel.
