Exceptional training program for new grad trader: no sim trades, everything is live from day 1; junior traders quickly take on meaningful responsibilities (be aware that this can cut both ways if you're not ready for it). Generous benefits: truly unlimited PTO, catering and regular team events. Approachable, agile team: with a relatively small HC, senior management is accessible and open to questions. Yet the team isn't so tiny that you lack support.
Cons
High turnover: there's frequent churn, including departures of rain-makers. Shifting strategic focus: over the past year, the firm has rolled out numerous new workflows and project-management frameworks, While it's clear there's an effort to improve operational rigor, it's often hard to see tangible revenue impact from these "fancy" initiatives. Some of the old core strengths feel deprioritized in favor of expansion into new areas.
