Pros

Solid if not inspirational leadership but high on class and ethics, putting doing the "right" thing for the company and its shareholders over quick profits and the allure of deal making.

Cons

The very conservative nature that allowed them to escape difficulty and over leveraging during the financial crisis, contributes to an analytic paralysis when deals that are just outside of their comfort level are presented.

Pros

- Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

Cons

The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.
