      If you aren’t in the “in” crowd you have no advancement opportunity Also management expects a lot from you. You have to drink the “kool-aid” so to speak

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
