      2 coworkers were nice ladies

      Cons

      Terrible schedule, extreme favoritism and racism, manager didn't care about the employees. When my loved one passed away, was told 'well you better hope the funeral isn't on a Saturday because it is, you're not going' I could write a novel about how horrible she is to staff

      Pros

      I absolutely do not recommend working at Lakeland Petroleum Cooperative.

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership, poor communication from the GM (unless you like rudeness and disrespectful behavior) poor retention rates, and an overall miserable working environment. DO NOT WORK HERE unless you like, shady underhanded bosses, and false promises. The politics of this place are toxic. Some managers do not possess the technical knowledge to fulfill their roles. Double standards abound. Leaders hire and promote favorites, cronyism is the norm. There is no satisfaction or pleasure from working here.
