      Interesting operations and missions world wide. 7/7 roster system.

      Cons

      Authoritarian management - a toxic environment with little respect for employees and a “take it or leave it” attitude. Poor work-life balance due to inadequate staffing Unrealistic workload and lack of proper training.

      Payment mostly on time. Mostly.

      Cons

      Autocratic management with no respect for employees. Changes in Management almost monthly. Get ready to receive "consulting" calls in the middle of the night/while on mandatory rest. Not respecting initial offered terms, changing them almost every month as they are not written in the contract "If you dont like it - leave" mentality. Hotel accommodation 2* or even lower, Low perdiems. No payment of Licence/medical re-validation.
