Upper management is destroying the company - Operations Technician Valor Technical Cleaning Employee Review

1- PM’s have no field experience and don’t know what it takes to complete a job. 2- The company say’s it cares about its clients but at the end of the day they are running up the bill on insurance by having the technicians do so much extra work that is not necessary. 3- Training of the technicians is lacking to say the least. Safety is not a priority of management’s at all.
