Micromanaged within an inch of your life. Impossible for new reps to succeed as leads are treated as a reward for high billing reps. Legacy reps manage 80 percent of the territory. Uneven playing field . Overhire new reps and pip out 3/4 of them. Meetings? 7-9 meetings a week.
