Pros. No more. It was a smooth sailing ship. I joined in 2011. Grew as an individual as the organization grew.... transparent management, good management, above average pay...we had our share of problems such as AC not working (if you know what I mean!),but that was it.
Cons
And then came BPO WNS with their culture. All false promises that we will maintain culture, creativity, transparency.
HR day happen and all hell breaks loose. Incorrect title mapping across the organization...some people get artificially promoted, some get demoted and nobody in HR has an answer what just happened. HR people who created the mapping are missing from the floor and someone who does not have the answers/was not involved has been left behind.
48hrs of work commitment on paper? People were happily doing 50-60 hrs when required...why did you have to do this? We are not a BPO in case it was not clear
