I've been at VIA almost 2 years now and I can't see myself working for any other company. The organization will support you in any way possible, and in many ways that you don’t necessarily expect. Please disregard any negative reviews that claim any type of micromanagement, unfair treatment etc. It is simply not true and likely a petty form of retaliation from employees terminated against their will. If you are offered the opportunity to be employed at VIA, take it without hesitation! Not too many organizations invested in their employees the way VIA is.
