Good work environment, all the people are very helpful and friendly

Hours are a little weirdly spaced, as are the days im scheduled

You start at a decent pay

I have been working almost constantly 6 day work weeks. Management won't check footage for proof of success but will check enough of the footage to accuse team members. In the same not they won't show the footage to you that they base their accusations off of. Corporate visits my location once a week at minimum and stands in the middle of our work space without consideration of our work flow or while wearing proper personal protective equipment. Then there is the constant promise of promotions without any fallow through; a tactic to keep us enduring the cons using false promises.
