Pros
Flex hours (your Choice between 7am to 9 pm) Hourly rate decent for not needing any previous experience or education. Extensive FDCPA training.
Cons
Two Late nights required, two Saturdays required. Culture of bad attitudes and fear of losing your job. Mixed messages from Executives. Incredibly behind in technology. They use DOSS and don't give their employees access to Excel to track their accounts. They expect everyone to track accounts via paper. Unrealistic expectations between hitting goals and following industry regulation. The bonus structures are bogus. I got one bonus in 11 months.
