Pros

Flexible work schedule and environment. I was able to work remotely when I relocated to a different city within Oregon. I felt supported and heard. Had the opportunity to work with some really exciting accounts that were attractive to candidates.

Cons

Like any commissioned position, the fluctuations in compensation were sometimes challenging year over year.

Pros

Friendly staff who actually work with you to get a job, and I like how they send reminders to submit the weekly time sheet for pay. I'm also surprised by their honesty and transparency with their hiring process.

Cons

There are no cons about this place, at least not for me.

Everyone is supportive and really care about their employees and make an effort to address any issues.

Cons

No cons so far, if you do what you're hired for and communicate if anything comes up, you're in good hands.
