Wish they had more offices in the south

Upward mobility possible if you are competent and motivated.

Upper management criticises performance without bothering to ever leaving their office to come out onto the nursing units. The have unrealistic expectations and offer no assistance in fulfilling all that needs done. There are no new staff being hired to replace the ones that quite only increasing the work load of those who stay.
