Non client facing so you can wear whatever you want. Work is not hard but bad leadership/care made it more difficult. People are nice and good.
Cons
No bonus. No pay raise. No advancement. Owner is an old creep. Job could be done fully remote but president thinks its "bad for office culture" when half the company works remote. New hires are often sold on the idea of the job and not the actual job.
