Pros

- Ealry success was a result of the original CEO's vision and the core team's strength to deliver that message to the market. - Determined to be different and to provide a solution vs. a product - Evangelical customers - Employees were "all in", willing to work beyond their limits for one another - Very tight group, - Great earning potential & benefits

Cons

- Investor "lost interest" at the height of the company's success. - All but 2 of the core team members have left the company (CEO, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc) - Didn't recognize or promote those who actually lead.on a daily basis. - Based on several former employee accounts .... bonuses, commissions, and equity grants were held back due to advantageous/vague language in employment agreements.

First, thanks for the thoughtful review. I’m glad that you felt part of tight knit team and enjoyed that part of your time here. Vantage remains determined to provide a solution and not just a product. We are accomplishing that now more than ever in our history. I believe you have the wrong impression though regarding the reason for the changes. It was not that the investor lost interest but that they gained a lot more interest. When a company falls short of its potential, investors tend to get more involved not less and Vantage is no different. Our investors continue to invest in Vantage and are very engaged. This engagement is what drove most of the change you saw. As a result of those changes we have engaged and largely happy employees and customers. We are adding business and all of our customers are positive references. Our employees see the difference and it adds to their satisfaction knowing we’re getting it right as they now have a lot more pride in their work. Change may or may not have been part of why you left, but had you stayed past all the change, I believe you would be seeing a significantly more positive Vantage than the one you left.

Pros

Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear that the work feels meaningful and that you’re finding opportunities to learn and grow. It’s encouraging to hear your comments about the people; supportive and collaborative teams are a big part of what we want the employee experience to feel like. As Vantage continues to grow, we know that shifting priorities, team-to-team inconsistency, and busy periods can create friction. We’re focused on clarifying expectations, and strengthening processes so growth feels consistent across teams. Thank you again for taking the time to share. Feedback like this helps us understand what is working well and where we need to keep improving as we grow.

We’re glad the flexibility of remote work and the variety of the day-to-day experience have stood out. At the same time, we hear your concerns. We’re taking this feedback seriously and working with Vantage’s People, technology, and senior teams to improve how decisions are communicated, how system changes are rolled out, and how employees are supported through change. Your input will help us focus on the support employees need to scale effectively with the business.
