Not much that i experienced

If I had to give a positive, I would say this company's only real value is to show you what the worst place to work for is so that any other place seems like a blessing when compared. Other than that,,, None! They'll brag about "unlimited PTO" but that's only a ploy so they don't have to pay you out for any accrued/unused when they eventually fire you,,, and you can be sure that they WILL fire you! Take more than 5 days off in the year and suddenly your performance starts to be questioned. You have been warned

This company is lead by finance people who have no value of a human being nor any idea how the company actually makes its money. They are all paid 6 figures and then demand that the workers making less than 50k do more hours. They can't see beyond an excel sheet. HR is horrible! They are just weaponized by finance to harass people into doing more or gaslighting you into making you believe you were the problem. They are owned by a private equity group with the only intention to chop the company up and sell off the peices for more than they paid. No one at the company makes it longer than 3 years. You have been warned
