Pros
-Never a lack of work to do, if that's your thing -You can learn a lot, but you'll sacrifice your work life balance -People who have an unhealthy habit to make work their whole identity will fit in here
Cons
-Lots of competing priorities, resource sharing between teams, project direction and team members constantly changing -Lots of hidden burnout and major cronyism -Supposed great WLB programs, but only if you can participate, you end up working late regularly because project timeline expectations don't change -"Get the work done" is the culture at this company -It's hard to build relationships with peers in general because everyone is always busy, overall, my sense of working at this company is feeling overworked and lonely - it's depressing -People leave once they get a sense of how messy and hectic things are -People don't directly deal with conflict, tension and collaboration issues, they just let things fester and hope the situation will figure itself out
