- I feel like my voice is head and I can make change happen - I am in control of my work and how I do it - WFH, flexible hours, work away policy

- It is a larger company so you don't have much control over stuff like budget, larger policies etc. but that is to be expected

Never the same day or task, fast paced.

Always changing direction can be frustrating
