      Competitive salary Impressive emerging technology stack Open, inclusive company culture with no discrimination, I give you A++ HR team is incredibly kind and supportive - thumbs up! Sanna is an asset, don`t lose her :) .

      Cons

      Management challenges: The company hires with high expectations for financial targets, but there’s a tendency to go back and forth with hiring and firing at the slightest miss. This creates an unstable environment for employees. Leadership: The blindness seems to be at the top, and without addressing this, the true potential of the company and its product will remain untapped. Your hiring is top notch.

      Pros

      Work life balance, including managers that come in for like four hours a day. Travel is fun and the team has a good energy to it. Finland HR is wonderful.

      Cons

      The company isn’t doing well at all. Management all knew each other before getting hired so there’s an inappropriate bias at that upper level. Desperate to hit an unattainable quota. People leave and the position doesn’t get replaced. Micromanaging of account executives. No career path because they can’t hire or need new headcount. Managers get title changes and promotions while the rest of the team struggles to get by since they never can hit quota. All the best employees in the US and Helsinki have left.
