Stay away - Designer Varner Employee Review

Terrible management. Very unstable, you do not feel safe as they push emplyees out if they speak their mind. Reorganise or switches strategy all the time makes it really difficult. No trust at all in employees and their skills. Feels like going to kindergarden.. Low salary. HR is terrible and not there for the emplyees at all. No possibilites of working remote any day of the week, no flexibility. Bad energy as coworkers are not happy or satisfied. Very hard to climb in this company.
