      Pros

      You get a paycheck, can learn something about banking, maybe learn some new skills like reviewing offshore engineers code. If you know the CTO you might get promoted quickly.

      Cons

      CTO provides very little technical leadership. Brings in his own direct reports instead of relying on the existing team leaders. Basically full of of nepotism. Since the CTO started, most of the leadership is now Indian. Probably just a coincidence.

      Pros

      Generous paid time off Good pay Training was good they didn't throw you in. They would send you things in the mail line crumble cookie, the north face varo jacket, Varo blanket, things like that. Fully Work from home position

      Cons

      Supervisors would Micromanage. Hard to get help through chat. They fired US ppl and hired ppl in a different country
