      Great colleagues, great work-life balance. Middle management is supportive , helpful, encouraging, and nice.

      Cons

      You have to do everything. Find your leads, close, collect, manage so they renew, and the product is very average. Most sellers dont believe in the product

      Pros

      The people that you do get to work with are nice. Some of the leaders are really great people.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive, no WFH culture, no chance to build rapport with employees. Feels like you're working on your own all of the time. No recognition for your work.
