Benefits are awesome Really laid back when it comes to taking time off for personal reasons Overtime is endless
Cons
Inability to move up in regards to promotions Pay sucks, you get raises every year but not nearly as much as you should in regards to how busy you stay for more than half of the year and how much overtime you put in to not be behind.
