They pay ok, however they tend to low ball employees salaries.
They have good benefits.
Cons
Management is not trustworthy. Communication is non-existent . The culture is not friendly, or diverse, although they promote they have a family environment. There are no women in upper management, no room to grow and advance your career. Management is demeaning and disrespectful to their employees.
