      - Hybrid Model (Good and bad) - Stone and Chalk Sydney location

      Cons

      - Micromanaged daily. - No room for travel or much career growth - Requires a strict privacy invading AGSVA Govt security clearance - Mobile team chat app does not work for setting status while on mobile. - On-call rotation expectation and hot Data Center work.

      Pros

      The starting pay was reasonable, but after 3 years it doesn't change much.

      Cons

      Extremely overbearing management with significant micro management, not an environment where you can converse without there being a hidden agenda. Extremely toxic work environment. Small mistakes are framed as insubordination and are sometimes called out in team chats as examples.
