Extremely exciting product and technology to work on, solving THE biggest data protection challenge with the potential to change the entire data world! Every day is different with new learnings and lots of challenges, the team consists of the most brilliant people and everybody is super driven. In conversations and demos with customers, the dire need for this product becomes even clearer, and it's exciting to be part of being able to deliver a real solution and not just a work-around. The leadership team is setting the company up for success which is a really tough job in this fast paced field, but they have a clear strategy behind everything and the CEO is an inspirational character pushing into the right direction.
Cons
The usual startup challenges (lots of work and pivots) but that's part of creating a successful company and will definitely pay off over the years!
