Loved my time at Vaya. Great startup atmosphere, team is great to work with. Great place to gain experience and contribute to the development of a new launch vehicle!

A little chaotic at times (normal cons of a startup)

- The people *were* amazing. Too bad they all got fired. - Dogs in the office was great, but no longer are there cause of the people that were fired

- Will lay off tons of people in one go without any sort of communication - management is ALLERGIC to making any logical decisions about engineering or people. Like actively find the worst option - “family” talk but then fire people with actual families with no warning - no proper communication about anything, only find things out through gossip - new management is TERRIBLE with the new ceo and others
