      Pros

      1) Have lot of projects to work with clients, implementation partners and own projects. 2) Management is easy to reach, especially the new Director is easy to talk to. 3) Good reputation in market.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a delay in making a positive decision especially when it deals with pay rise or additional bonus or some kind of money related issue.

      Pros

      Pay is good. The VP (Jim Smith) is awesome! They will try to keep you happy and satisfied.

      Cons

      The benefits specially Insurance and yearly holidays need to greatly improved. Need more communication between management and resource even after the resource has been placed at client location.
