Pros
There are talented people there and some useful experience to gain, but be prepared to check whether the team culture and support systems match what you need.
Cons
During my time at Vectare, I noticed a few recurring patterns I want to share so others can make an informed choice. The office layout and management style often felt highly surveilled. Leadership came across distant rather than supportive. I observed several new hires leave within their first year.
Leadership is closely knit, many senior staff have known each other for years, and decision-making tends to stay within that circle. For new hires, this can translate into a lot of “because Joe Bloggs said so” rather than open dialogue. I was informed that there is a gossip circle among them, spanning outside the office itself. It’s not about anyone being malicious, rather, comfort and familiarity often seemed to be valued more than growth or inclusion. If what you’re seeking is long-term belonging, mentorship, and a sense of warmth, I advise you to reconsider.
Also, the benefits are a joke.
