Pros

Very friendly and positive work environment! Sweet people and caring bosses. Cool high-quality products to sell you can find pride in. Flexible work scheduling around other activities because you make your own schedule. Great place for young people to learn about sales! Easy script to follow for everything. Built-in solution for every situation. You have the option to buy your own products you're given. Competitive situations where you can win fun products and trips. Can work from home!

Cons

It can be disheartening when appointments don't follow through/no sales. Can get draining by talking to so many people (for introverts/homebodies).

Pros

I’ve been here 5 days so far and have had such an easy time selling! The product is so good that it practically sells itself after making a genuine human connection with the person you’re showing the product to. Not only that, but you choose who you speak to and when. I personally have a very busy life and I can work around it whether it’s in person or over the phone. YOU make your own schedule.

Cons

Obviously with sales appointments you’re going to have cancellations. That is the only con I can come up with and it’s not even the company’s fault. Everybody has a life and emergencies happen.

Pros

Very encouraging they want you to succeed so they push you when you can’t push yourself and when even when things are hard, you’re growing through them and therefore he come in better and they highlights that

Cons

Training days are long, but if you pay attention, you get a wall out of it, starting up, you have to remember to be consistent because the people who are doing what you want to be doing where you want to be how much you want to be making started the same way as you did and it’s consistency that shapes how much you do and discipline
