Great company culture & Values. They really care about the individuals that work for them instead of seeing them as just employees.

I can't think of any Cons.

You learn about stocks is the only good thing and oh yeah, some nice people.

No work from home if you have an emergency and need to finish your work from home it is frowned upon. Only get 5 PTO days your first year then it goes up to 12 your following year. You DO NOT get sick days you have to use a PTO day. Management can give you attitude and talk to you how they want but let you say something you are fired. They have favorites that they allow to break the rules.
