Pros
The tech behind the Vectra AI platform is differentiated and it works very well. There are lots of smart, driven people at Vectra. The culture is good. Specifically, there are good humans here. People treat others with respect and care (there are 'Wellness Days' a couple times per quarter).
Cons
Cybersecurity is a VERY noisy and complicated space. Vectra has only recently started to invest heavily in marketing to gain name recognition. There are lots of "growing pains" operationally (however, the company knows these things and is working hard to improve operational efficiency for example).
