Run far away from this firm. Operations department is tyrannical and dysfunctional at every level. No sense of decency toward staff. More concerned with making staff miserable so they quit in order to reduce employment levels. Technology has never worked well. Forced to attend personal improvement training that have no benefit or relationship to the workplace. Firm operates on pure greed for the benefit of a few shareholders. Firm has lost its family-oriented culture.
